Job Description: Job SummaryJob DescriptionWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?SA & I is continuing to expand our new web platform and is looking for Intermediate-level developers to round out our small, but dynamic team. We are building on fascinating new technologies invented right here in our shop, as well as integrating best in class solutions for interactivity in mobile and on the desktop. The role will coordinate, develop, lead, communicate and execute activities to ensure objectives are accomplished according on time.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Contribute to the development and technical solutioning on existing and new web-based projects

• Ensure integration between our mobile web solutions and the host iOS client app
• Review and follow Technical Design Documents for guidance on the implementation developed by the Team Lead
• Provide technical guidance and support for onboarding new team members
• Ensure that established team best-practice standards are followed (e.g. code properly instrumented for logging / PR code review process followed)
• Build a deep knowledge of our web stack, iOS apps, private libraries and build processes facilitate troubleshooting / code fixes

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must have:

• Three years of experience writing code professionally, good software development practices
• Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.
• Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.
• Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Nice-to-have:Experience in a highly flexible environment, with shifting priorities and critical timelines to follow

• Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
