Seize the opportunity: take your next step with us and join our team.Warehouse Associate (Full Time) – Sudbury, ONPrimary PurposeThe Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for inventory and asset management, and related equipment maintenance.Key Accountabilities

  • Cleaning and Maintaining Medical Equipment
  • Support daily operations for distribution
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Communicating via phone and email with internal and external customers
  • Administrative duties including but not limited to sorting and filing
  • Comply with Linde safety policies and procedures
  • Comply with Linde inventory management and related policies and procedures
  • Role requires maintaining the warehouse clean, by sweeping, mopping spills, maintain of toiletry supplies in washroom etc.
  • Cleaning shelves, maintain safety standards of walkways
  • Breaking down boxes for recycling
  • Asset Management
  • Management of customer owned equipment
  • Participate in bi-annually physical inventories

QualificationsRequired QualificationsEducation:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • 1-year experience working in a customer service environment
  • Inventory management experience is an asset
  • 3 years valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is an asset

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Safety conscious and able to operate analytical and mechanical equipment
  • Customer focused, patient, organized, and the ability to set priorities and follow through on tasks.
  • Self-motivating
  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • A team player who can work within tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365: Must be able to efficiently use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Proficiency using smart phone technology
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • JDE experience is an asset
