Job Description: VMware Solutions EngineerResponsibilities:
- Implement and manage VMware ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter platforms across enterprise environments.
- Provide expert troubleshooting for advanced features like HA, DRS, and Horizon.
- Configure storage replication and ensure disaster recovery capabilities.
- Conduct detailed log analysis for performance tuning and issue resolution.
- Administer and maintain backup solutions using Veeam, Avamar, or Isilon.
Critical Experience Required:
- Solid understanding of Dell and/or VMware product lines.
- Hands-on experience in managing incident response processes.
- Extensive experience in the security field.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites with short lead time.
