- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests, members, and staff, while maintaining a high standard of service quality and safety.
- Manage budgets, optimize financial performance, track expenses, and prepare financial and operational reports for the Board, offering insights to support strategic decisions.
- Oversee event planning and execution, coordinating logistics to deliver seamless experiences for events of all sizes, ensuring alignment with Woodvale’s community-focused mission.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives to enhance their community offerings, identify opportunities for increased engagement, and implement programs to boost membership and attendance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, guests, community partners, and local vendors to support community-building and long-term collaborations.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the team by promoting a positive, team-oriented work culture, providing training and development opportunities, and ensuring consistent performance standards across all functions.
Requirements
- Strong background in hospitality management and F&B with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Financial and business acumen, with experience managing budgets and sales targets.
- Collaborative leadership style, fostering a positive, team-oriented work culture.
- Ability to interact effectively with the Board, staff, and the broader community.
