• Create visual design concepts to transform complex problems into elegant experiences.
• Craft a variety of high-quality conceptual and production-ready visual design deliverables for development hand-off.
• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design approaches/rationales.
• Participate in recurring team ceremonies, such as design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
• Advocate for the best client experience throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify potential component opportunities and/or identified conflicts to resolve.
• Actively stay current with, adhere to, and contribute to our design system library.
• Advocate for accessibility support in all proposed design solutions.
• Participate in observational studies, usability testing and other customer research.
• Stay abreast and share your knowledge of current design methodologies, practices, and trends.

Your profile:

• 5-7+ years of experience designing interactive experiences with enterprise-level clients.
• Interaction and UI design.
• Web and mobile application design (iOS and Android).
• Both responsive and adaptive design approaches.
• Figma as a design tool of choice, with an ability to create components, auto-layouts, and multi-path prototypes.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams, working closely with both product stakeholders and development partners to ensure both ongoing alignment and design solution feasibility.
• Working knowledge, first-hand experience, or a keen interest in the world of investing (stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, etc.).
