Job Description: Job Description:We are offering an exciting opportunity for a US Tax Administrator in the Tax Consulting industry, based in Calgary, Alberta. This role involves processing client applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving client inquiries within the tax compliance processes.Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer credit applications with a focus on U.S. tax compliance.
- Utilize Accounting Software Systems to maintain accurate customer credit records.
- Perform accounting functions related to income tax compliance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing client inquiries.
- Utilize IRS Tax knowledge to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.
- Conduct data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure Tax Compliance Processes are adhered to in all transactions.
- Handle tax-related issues concerning both domestic and international clients.
- Leverage your knowledge of U.S. Tax to provide solutions to complex tax-related problems.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE Enrolled Agent Certification
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Proficient in Data Entry
- Knowledge of Income Tax Compliance
- Understanding of IRS Tax regulations
- Familiarity with Tax Compliance Processes
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
