Please note all employees must work within their current jurisdiction and must reside within Canada.Duration of term: Winter 2025 term (January-April)How You’ll SucceedBusiness Unit Operational Efficiency – Onboarding and offboarding activities for staff including Service Now, SharePoint and other technology and office management requests and investigations. Ensuring access is permitted based on the position and authorization level within the business unit. Maintain all distribution lists and processing a wide variety of business operational invoicesCustomer Support – Processing e-deposits, bank drafts, foreign exchange, and printing and dispatching cheques, reconciling daily cheque report and allocating client expenses to ensure all are processed correctly. Sorting and investigating as required so that the business unit can effectively administer accounts. Create courier packages for regional offices and other external recipients. Monitoring toll-free line and RightFax daily, identifying the appropriate recipient of the inquiry or documentation, to ensure all communication between clients and other 3rd parties is managed accurately and in a timely manner.Reporting – Generating various daily and monthly reports for distribution to staff within the business unit, to ensure all accounts are managed in accordance with CIBC’s business standards and any deficiencies in account management are rectified. Maintaining reports for distribution to other business units such as Finance and Wealth Management and retail partners.Financial Management – Processing invoices related to account management including tax payments and property management to ensure positive client, vendor and employee experiences and to meet all prescribed deadlines for payments. Calculating and processing one-time fees in accordance with various compensation agreements and regulatory percentages, including any standard or approved discounts. Collecting business revenue accurately and meeting business targets. Setting up ongoing fee codes on CIBC.Records Management – Archiving and retrieving closed files; assisting in the verification of records available for destruction to meet CIBC’s record management policy and procedure,Who You AreYou put our clients first.
