This team is responsible for customer relations and ensure safe and timely delivery by collaborating with the Based-ship employees and office employees – they are looking for someone who is ready to learn, share and continue to grow within this area of business expertise. Your collaboration is appreciated!YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES· Assist vessel operators and Port Safety Advisor with mapping of processes, populating and updating a process database.· Develop and automate reports in Excel, SQL and/or Power BI· Collect and analyse data to run efficiency scenarios on the Canadian fleet· Collaborate with vessel operators to review fleet efficiency tracking, identify areas of improvement, and implement necessary changes· Assist Port Safety Advisor with creating and editing of digital Port Safety guide used by vessel crews and office personnel· Support the department of fuel procurementYOUR PROFILE· You are in the process of obtaining your bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Administration, Business or Transportation Logistics;· You manifest excellent interpersonal relationships;· You demonstrate autonomy and resourcefulness;· You have excellent knowledge of French and English;· You are a person with a great team spirit;· You demonstrate good organizational skills;· You have the ability to problem solve in a creative way;· You demonstrate good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;POST-GRADUATE OPPORTUNITIES AT CSL” My internships with CSL were a great supplemental experience to my undergraduate studies in maritime business.
