Job Description: DescriptionThis Territory Sales Associate Position Features:

• Benefits after 90 days
• Great Pay from $55K to $60K, based on experience, with unlimited commission earning potential

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
• Identifying local business opportunities and challenges
• Reporting on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
• Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services
• Cross-sell products, when appropriate
• Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach

– Will manage 80-120 open accounts
– Cover a 150km territory: all of Nova Scotia
– Provide quotes
– Lead generation
– 90% farming, 10% hunting
WILL DRIVE 25-30000 kms per year!Requirements and skills

• Work experience as a Sales Representative
• Familiarity with our industry is a plus
• Experience with CRM software
• Excellent communication skills
• Resilient with a proven track record in sales

We offer:– Full time work
– Car allowance of $500 per month, plus $0.20 per km
– Commission (can make up to 110000.00 in first year
– Benefits (medical and dental after 90 days)
– 3 weeks vacation to start
