Job Description: Technical Support AgentResponsibilities:
- Address incoming technical support inquiries from users via phone and email professionally.
- Document user information and details of their issues.
- Prioritize support requests and escalate when necessary.
- Record and track the resolution process and actions taken.
- Utilize online resources for updates and troubleshooting.
Must have knowledge and experience:
- Expertise in Dell and VMware products.
- Experience in incident response.
- Background in security.
- Ability to travel to client locations on short notice.
