We seek a Technical Product Manager to spearhead the development of a reusable and scalable digital commerce platform, complete with APIs, services, and system integrations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital transformation, working backward from the customer to tackle complex and ambiguous problems. Your work will ensure our platform is robust, scalable, and easy to integrate with various systems, driving enhanced security and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Innovative Solutions: Conceptualize and develop innovative solutions to solve significant customer & business problems, transforming ideas from a blank slate into actionable plans.Product Strategy: Contribute to building a bold product strategy, and robust roadmap for a scalable platform with reusable components.Data Driven Insights: Leverage data to make informed decisions and drive continuous platform improvement.Product Development: Oversee the development and health of the platform. Use analytics to drive prioritization and ensure the platform meets key business objectives.Backlog Management: Maintain and refine a product backlog, creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritizing work to focus on maximum business value aligned with the product strategy.Discovery & Technical Solutioning: Lead the discovery and technical solutions efforts by identifying key opportunities and challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new ways to enhance the platform.Prototyping & Validation: Develop prototypes and conduct validation testing to ensure the feasibility and viability of proposed solutions. Iterate based on feedback to refine and optimize solutions.Roadmap Planning: Align discovery findings with the product roadmap, ensuring that the platform’s development is strategically planned and executed to meet future demands and opportunities.Agile Practices: Work in an Agile scrum team, ensuring alignment around goals and objectives. Foster an environment of collaboration and shared purpose.End-to-End Experience: Possess a deep understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies, ensuring a seamless user journey and data flow across systems.Leadership & Inspiration: Inspire teams to achieve challenging goals and high standards. Foster a sense of urgency to meet objectives and leverage resources to overcome obstacles.About You:3+ years as a product manager of a B2B or B2C digital platform, with a track record of shipping multiple products and features. E-commerce experience is a plus.Strong product development playbook with a focus on customer-driven innovation backed by qualitative and quantitative data.Proficiency in using data to drive decisions, with a daily practice of immersing in product performance metrics.3+ years in an Agile (Scrum preferred) environment, with a solid understanding of the development life cycle, including requirements definition, development practices, testing, deployment, and operations.Proven ability to partner with architects and engineers, writing clear and actionable user stories.Demonstrated ability to achieve bold strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, managing multiple workstreams.Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology, with strong skills in articulating and evangelizing a strategy at all organizational levels.Understanding of how a product is designed, built, deployed, and maintained in an enterprise environment. Experience with technology (salesforce, commercial systems, APIs, services, integrations, etc.) and the ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams.Track record of delivering high-impact iterative products that solve significant customer problems, on time and within budget.Strong understanding of tools and technologies used by developers to bring products to market, with an ability to articulate clear and concise specifications for new products and features.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority and manage financial/budget considerations.If you are passionate about building scalable and reusable digital commerce platforms, and you thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment, we want to hear from you.
