Job Description: Technical Assistance CoordinatorResponsibilities:

  • Field technical support requests from users via phone and email, providing prompt assistance.
  • Record user details and problem descriptions accurately.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Document the support process, including all decisions and actions taken.
  • Access and utilize online resources for software and driver updates.

Must have knowledge and experience:

  • Knowledge of Dell and VMware products.
  • Incident response experience.
  • Background in security.
  • Ability to travel to client locations as required.
