Job Description: Job Description:We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Team Lead Application Support in the public sector. This role is situated in Ottawa, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading strategic and tactical IT projects to optimize business services, supervising teams in the design, development, and integration of new IT solutions.Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects and develop new business solutions using advanced technologies such as Cloud Technologies, Microsoft Azure, and Agile Scrum
• Supervise and provide technical leadership to IT teams
• Manage project milestones and deliverables
• Utilize strong project management skills to plan and estimate work efforts and timelines
• Manage a prioritized backlog of projects
• Apply best practices and change management strategies to ensure efficient application development
• Ensure IT security practices to ensure protection of information and applications
• Communicate project progress and risks to management
• Analyze and document business requirements, propose solutions, and implement them to meet client needs
• Develop statements of work, evaluate, and procure software and services.

Requirements:

• Candidate must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is required.
• Experience with Content Management System (CMS) is necessary.
• Must have experience in Contract Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software and tools, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology is required.
• Experience in Auditing is essential.
• Understanding and implementation of Best Practices in the industry.
• Experience with Change Management in a corporate setting.
• Coding skills are necessary for this role.
