As a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive innovation and company success. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process and work closely with HRBP’s and hiring managers to ensure our staffing needs are met with highly qualified professionals. If you are passionate about technology and recruiting, with a knack for spotting top talent, this role is for you.You will be the first point of contact for new candidates in the hiring process and play a critical role in identifying talent to join Trend Micro by:Identifying, attracting, and evaluating both passive and active candidates through a variety of search methods to include, but not limited to social media, applicant tracking system, job boards, networking, etc.Establishing and nurturing relationships with prospectsDeveloping and implementing effective sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needsPartnering with hiring managers to understand position requirements and support them in efforts to find the best candidates in the marketCreating an exceptional hiring experience by maintaining excellent communication and guiding candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment processPromoting Trend Micro branding ex: social media and websites to attract talentCoordinating interviews and collaborate with HRBP and hiring managers for offersEnsuring diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated from pipeline development to hireIdentifying and recommending opportunities for Talent Acquisition process improvementTracking and recording sourcing results within Recruitment PlatformsQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or related field4+ years in dedicated RecruitmentExperience in high-tech, high-growth technology companyExperience managing full cycle talent acquisition processHands on ATS/HRIS experience, Workday preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focusStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize work and service multiple clients and several projects simultaneouslyAbility to think outside the box to find talentPassionate about recruiting and engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and business leadersDEI Commitment:Not meeting every single requirement?
