- Provides great client service experience to assist with troubleshooting hardware, software and peripheral
- Resolves technical issues and document resolutions
- Develops and maintain checklists for common technical issues
- Performs user administration duties
- Collaborates with other members of the support team to escalate and resolve technical issues
- Help team members with new desk and hardware setup
- Provide training to new hires and help with onboarding process
- Run reports of all different assets and licenses and update user lists
- After Hours support when needed
Skills, experience & requirements
- Be passionate and motivated about technology and helping out
- Recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Have a strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace.
- Possess a passion for data analytics and data management.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate a strong sense of personal accountability. We are looking for candidates who take pride in their work and are dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
- Bring a strong analytical mindset, with the confidence to ask questions, seek insights, break down complex problems, and propose innovative solutions.
- Highly motivated to take on new challenges with a hands-on approach.
- Experience in Salesforce is an asset.
- Experience with Powershell and SQL is an asset.
- Experience with MDM, AD, and Okta is an asset.
- Experience in fast paced and dynamic environments.
