Job Description: Job Overview:
The Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential low-rise construction project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. They will coordinate with subcontractors, manage site staff, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure project timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
• Enforce health and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
• Address and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in residential construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
