  • Lead, facilitate and support all phases of an M&A transaction including opportunity identification, assessment of strategic fit, preliminary analysis, internal discussions and approvals, due diligence, transaction documentation, and integration planning
  • Provide day-to-day leadership of transaction teams, effectively collaborating with internal project team members across multiple functions as well as external advisors
  • Clearly and concisely communicate opportunity overviews, strategic rationale, financial impacts, risks and execution plans to senior leadership
  • Coach and develop other team members who support our transaction execution activities
  • Take a proactive approach to the tasks at hand and respond quickly to the needs of team members and leadership
  • Manage deadlines on multiple projects
  • Work effectively within a small highly accountable team; display a flexible “can do” attitude, willingness to complete challenging tasks, and a desire for continuous learning

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or CMA is beneficial
  • A minimum of 10+ years of related transaction experience
  • Progressive leadership skills developed over at least 4 years
  • Excellent data management and quantitative analysis skills with the ability to succinctly summarize conclusions
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to interface with various levels of management in a multi-task, deadline orientated, team environment
