You will be accountable for supporting the development of Digital Channels Strategy, to build the bank of the future. In this role, you will own the strategy and roadmap of one of our Digital Platforms, work cross functionally and will be exposed to teams and leaders across the organization. You maintain an intimate understanding of key advancements in product features, technology innovations and client experience advancements not only in financial services but across industries globally.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remoteHow You’ll SucceedDigital Roadmap and Strategy – Maintain the Digital roadmap and vision for the Digital Platform you lead. Proactively identify new opportunities that will solve client and business problems and provide recommendations to leadership. Prioritize features and projects for delivery, provide updates, and secure funding. Support the development of business cases. Develop a view of the competitive landscape to help inform our strategic vision for new digital capabilities, keeping the end to end client journey top of mind.Market and Competitive Assessments – Proactively scan the market to identify and assess new and emerging digital capabilities and our competitive standing. Research capabilities, consumer and competitive trends.Stakeholder Management – You will build strong strategic relationships with the ability to negotiate and influence business partners to ensure alignment of initiatives and individual deliverables. You are a great listener with excellent communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely to partners in all levels of the organization and ensure all partners and stakeholders are appropriately engaged and updated on all relevant product plans. Partner closely with peers in Strategy & Innovation as well as other teams in Digital and partner Lines of Business to provide competitive intelligence and functional insights for strategic projects, planning and presentations.Storytelling – Construct compelling and convincing strategic summaries. Articulate the strategic vision, client and business benefits to gather buy-in from stakeholders.Who You AreYou can demonstrate 3 to 5years of work experience in Strategy or Strategy Consulting, putting together the strategic vision and orchestrate from a digital perspective. It is an asset if you have work experience in Product Strategy or Product Ownership or Technology vision.You are proactive.
