Location: Toronto, ONJOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for our Wealth Technology Transformation project based in Toronto, CN. This role requires facilitating discussions to define and document business requirements for business intelligence solutions, including visualizations, reports, dashboards, machine learning models, and more. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business requirements while managing solution backlogs and changes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead meetings to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Collaborate with ONFR teams to ensure solution delivery aligns with business needs.
• Develop project artifacts covering both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assist stakeholders with acceptance test planning and manage team solution changes/controls.
• Ensure solutions may have a broader, enterprise-wide focus and impact.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in Analytics and BI Reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation abilities.
• Banking industry experience

Industry Experience:
Experience in the banking sector is essential. Candidates with a background from CapCo or similar consulting firms will have the right experience for this role. A post-secondary degree in a related field of study, particularly Economics, is highly desirable, along with a CFA certification.ABOUT AKRAYA
