Monarch House is seeking a dynamic, experienced SLP to join our team and provide supervision to our growing team in Alberta! With the flexibility to work from AB, BC, or ON, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds—remote work and regular, fully-covered trips to beautiful Calgary at least once a month.What You’ll Do:

  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to SLPs in Alberta.
  • Ensure service quality, consistency, and innovative client care.
  • Collaborate with an incredible team across Monarch House to support growth and professional development.

What You Bring:

  • Registered or ready to be registered with ACSLPA (we can help!).
  • Passion for leadership, collaboration, and making a real difference.
  • Flexibility to travel monthly to Calgary

Here is what you will need to be successful:

  • Must be able to provide supervision to Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Must be registered or willing to be registered with ACSLPA (if registering out of province, costs of registration will be covered by Monarch House)
  • Must meet requirements through ACSLPA to provide Supervision
  • Must be willing to travel to Calgary 1-2 times per month if located in Ontario (all expenses paid)
