Job Description: Here’s what you’ll be doing….You’ll be responsible for servicing customers seeking Adobe software licenses and renewals, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping in systems like NetSuite and Microsoft Teams. You’ll handle communications with both customers and suppliers, fulfilling orders, and connecting to the appropriate resources.You’ll also play a vital role in supporting our growing eCommerce team, assisting with customer live chat, order tracking, and issue resolution.We value a growth mindset, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in customer service, Adobe software licensing, and familiarity with platforms such as NetSuite, Teams, and Excel are preferred but not required.   • Monitor and process incoming and existing Adobe licensees and license renewals.
  • Create and maintain accurate records in our system.
  • Generate and manage orders in NetSuite and Teams, ensuring all data entry of vendor details, product pricing, and license quantities are correct.
  • Direct customers to the proper tech support resources.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in customer and supplier communication.

eCommerce Customer Support

  • Provide support to the eCommerce team by assisting with customer live chat, order tracking, and issue resolution.

Billing, Fulfillment, and Reporting

  • Oversee the billing process for all orders, ensuring accurate invoicing, record keeping, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of security practices and stay up to date with company and vendor training modules.

Growth and Development

  • Identify and develop opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, and process improvement.

Education, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience with Adobe software licensing and NetSuite are a plus but not required
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, and Excel is preferred
