Location: Victoria, BC

Job Description: Are you an experienced Software Developer with a minimum of 5 years programming experience? Do you have a background in Web/Mobile development and experience working with the Flutter Programming language?We are looking for a Flutter Software Developer for an initial contract until March 31st, 2025 with the potential for extensions. This position can be based on Vancouver Island or the Lower Mainland and work remotely.Advantages

– Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices;
– Develop database code to support web and mobile applications.
– Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs; and
– Create and maintain software documentation.Qualifications
– Flutter Programming experience (1 + year)
– Designing/building websites with ASP.NET / C# and JavaScript;
– Microsoft Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server;
– Agile methodology and tools (like Atlassian Confluence, Jira);
– Some previous experience with Oracle (nice to have)
– Individual contributor and team player with excellent verbal/written
communication skills.Web Technologies

• Developing JavaScript / JavaScript Framework like Angular, Vue, React…/

JSON/HTML5 / CSS3 websites;

• Knowledge responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility; and
• Knowledge of mobile web development.
