In this role, you will engage directly with clients in the showroom, provide personalized service, and showcase our range of luxury construction products, including tile, wood, and stone. You will help clients find tailored solutions while ensuring the highest standards of customer service and showroom presentation.The ideal candidate has a strong interest in design, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a customer-oriented environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the showroom, managing inventory, and building lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business.Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients in the showroom, offering personalized service and expert product knowledge.
  • Assist clients in selecting the right products, providing detailed information on features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Maintain the showroom’s appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring popular items are always in stock.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional events and product launches.
  • Utilize social media and other marketing channels to connect with potential clients and increase brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury construction products and interior design.

You Bring:

  • 2+ years of B2C, with some B2B experience in a sales role, preferably in luxury construction products.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Passion for luxury products and interior design, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of personal integrity and professionalism.
  • Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with natural products like stone, tile, porcelain, wood, and Laminam is an asset.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (P21) is an asset.
  • Enthusiastic, with a professional and mature demeanor, even under pressure.
