Job Description: As a ServiceNow programmer analyst, you’ll be a key member of an agile development team, which is responsible for designing, testing and maintaining our ServiceNow platform. You design, configure, administer, maintain and upgrade management systems based on the organization’s needs. What you bring to the tableBachelor’s degree in a related fieldA minimum of four years of relevant experience as a business software developer (for example, ERP, CRM, HRM, ITSM).Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be consideredDevelopment experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, JSON, XML, HTML and CSS, AJAX, Angular JSExperience with agile development processes (for example, Scrum, Kanban)Knowledge of French is requiredProficiency in writing functional specificationsKnowledge of web services (for example, SOAP and REST)Knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM suite or equivalent productsKnowledge of ITIL service management processes Complexity, Plans and aligns, Tech savvy#LI-HybridTrade Union Non-unionizedAt Desjardins, we believe in equity, diversity and inclusion.
