The ServiceNow Developer requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform in the ITSM, CSM, ITOM and ITBM areas. The position is very team-centric and works closely with the implementation team. The Developers are well entrenched within traditional ServiceNow implementations and supporting our Managed Services offerings.What you will be doing:Customize Incident, Problem, and Change applications. Perform Customization using Business Rules, Client scripts, Workflows (i.e. for approval process, variable set, and order guides).Create workflow for incident management, Service Requests.Implement new workflows that use an automated process.Build custom widget as necessary to meet customer needs.Design and implement new functionalities using Business Rules, UI Policies, Client scripts and Access Control Lists. Work on UI customizations for forms, lists and UI actionsCustomize and create fields and tables as per the client requirementsConfigure and create Tables, Update Sets.Load external data with the usage of Import Sets and Transform mapsWhat you must have:ServiceNow Developer certification is preferred. (this role is open to all modules)Experience of ITIL processes and working knowledge of Service Management best practices.Experience on UI policies, UI Actions etc.Experience on Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts.Designed and configured workflows.Experience on ServiceNow ITSM and CSM with Case, Incident, Problem and Change ModuleWorked on scoped application.Creation and customization in Tables and Application as per requirement.Experience in a multi-tenant hosting environment.Worked on Agile process.Experience on Service catalog, Order Guide, Record Producer, Knowledge Assets creation.Self-motivated and results orientedAbility to work under tight deadlines, multi-tasking abilities.Proficiency at Business Analysis skillsSuperb oral and written communication skillsStrong customer-facing skills with established consulting acumenSalary/Rate Range: $110,000 – $130,000For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
