• Build High-Quality Solutions: Develop efficient, reusable, and scalable software solutions that meet real business needs.
• Ensure Excellence: Conduct code reviews and uphold high software quality standards within the team.

Must Have Skills:What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5 years of backend and web services development experience in languages like Ruby, Python, Golang, Rust, or NodeJS.
• Quality-Focused: Strong knowledge of Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices.
• Technical SkillsFamiliarity with REST APIs, web sockets, microservices
• Cloud Tools: Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform is a big bonus
• Data Tools: Proficient in Postgres or equivalent SQL databases.
• Team-Oriented: A passion for collaboration, learning, and helping your team grow.

-30 minute online video call (Or in person at office – your choice) with the Technical Lead
-Take home Technical Assessment (Backend Challenge – Not timed)
-Onsite Meeting with the team + CTO
-Decision
