• Identify gaps in the current quality system, propose viable solutions, and lead our process for improvement across product operations and business integration activities
• Develop, implement, and coordinate a quality strategy and related programs through support staff and business partners
• Evaluate and enhance current quality program to improve quality culture, customer retention and overall organizational culture
• Provide leadership and training on implementing quality of service strategies within functional teams, communicate necessary information, receive updates and answer inquiries
• Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate appropriate quality initiatives and strategies in accordance with our overall organizational goals

Who you are:

• Combination of postsecondary education and experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device environment
• Five (5) + years of supervisor/leadership experience.
• A solid understanding of applicable regulations and guidelines as well as experience with ISO:9001 and QMS requirements in a working manufacturing environment
• GMP experience is an asset.

The salary range for this role is 120,000-135,000 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
