Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead strategic external partnerships and develop new products and solutions that enhance our platform. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our internal product and engineering team and our technology and service partners, driving product integrations that deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will shape the product roadmap, balancing partner needs with business objectives, and work cross-functionally with teams like engineering, marketing, and data science to bring innovative solutions to market. • Shape the direction and execution of high-impact external partnerships that extend the capabilities of the Symend Platform through integration.
• Continuously refine and contribute to the product roadmap, balancing partner roadmaps and feature improvements with business objectives.
• Maintain close relationships with external partners, ensuring ongoing growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, from discovery to launch.
• Work with design, engineering, and data science/machine learning teams to build products that delight customers and drive business outcomes.
• Maintain a groomed backlog of prioritized features, improvements, and bugs.
• Understand industry trends and emerging technologies and incorporate them into the customer engagement design and execution experience.
• Define and analyze metrics to measure product success and adoption; identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis and user research.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related experience.
• 8+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products and/or product lines.
• 2+ years of experience working with external partners to deliver value-added products.
• Experience working in an Agile/Lean software environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Data analysis and business intelligence experience are assets.
