Job Description: We’re looking for a dynamic, visionary Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of innovative products that revolutionize customer engagement using AI. In this role, you will shape the future of our high-impact products by driving product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping the product roadmap. With a strong focus on balancing business goals and customer satisfaction, you’ll work closely with marketing, design, engineering, and data science to deliver exceptional user experiences.   • Shape the vision for high-impact products, enabling users to design, deploy, and monitor customer engagement strategies using AI assistants.
  • Continuously refine and contribute to the product roadmap, balancing feature improvements with business objectives.
  • Partner with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, from discovery to launch.
  • Work with design, engineering, and data science/machine learning teams to build products that delight customers and drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain a groomed backlog of prioritized features, improvements, and bugs.
  • Set and follow best practices related to content management systems, orchestration/automation workflows, and email/SMS deliverability.
  • Understand industry trends and emerging technologies and incorporate them into the customer engagement design and execution experience.
  • Work with vendors and partners to improve the Symend product offering.
  • Define and analyze metrics to measure product success and adoption; identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis and user research.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related experience.
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products and/or product lines.
  • 2+ years of experience working on content management systems, content personalization, or workflow automation. (Experience integrating these AI/ML is an asset.)
  • Experience working in an Agile/Lean software environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Data analysis and business intelligence experience are assets.
