Job Description: Qualitest seeking a Senior QA Functional Tester with over 7 years of experience in quality assurance and development to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing testing processes and leading teams.Key Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Location: Onsite, Monday to Friday at McLean Drive, Vancouver, BC V5N 3J7
• Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 CAD

Qualifications:

• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a QA lead, with a proven track record of successfully managing a team.
• Quality Tools Proficiency: At least 2 years of hands-on experience with various quality assurance tools.
• Risk Assessment Skills: Ability to evaluate risks and determine suitable testing levels.
• Version Control Expertise: Proficient with code repositories, particularly GitHub.
• Project Management: Strong experience with JIRA for effective project management and defect tracking.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of navigating ambiguous situations, addressing IT challenges, and delivering timely solutions that keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Testing Expertise: Familiarity with a variety of testing tools and software testing practices, including the development, implementation, maintenance, and management of both manual and automated testing systems.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in front-end inspection tools such as ModHeader.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ModHeader
• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Familiarity with JIRA / TestRail
• Background in Retail E-Commerce
