What you’ll do:As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will build and maintain front-end and back-end applications required to run Durable. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of front-end technologies, an eye for design, and the capacity to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Building user facing tools for Dashboards, Invoices, CRM, and Websites.
• Translating wireframes into visual elements.
• Using NextJS and NodeJS to architect, build and launch features.
• Optimizing Durable for performance.
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Collaborating with the design and product team to build entire web experiences.
• Deliver elegant solutions to complex problems.

Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and NextJS.
• Experience with Node.js.
• 5+ years of experience working at a start-up or in a fast-paced environment (agency or in-house studio).
• Advanced knowledge of Javascript and Typescript.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like Redis and MongoDB.
• Experience building mobile-friendly, cross-platform, high performing applications.
• Familiarity with Figma, XD or any design tools.

Remote work at DurableWe are a remote-first company with an in-person hub with 24/7 access in Vancouver.This role is open to anyone in North America. SalaryThe annual salary range for this role is $150,000 – $200,000 base + benefits.
