Within our world class manufacturing facilities in Mount Royal, QC, we manufacture some of Canada’s most iconic brands such as Kraft Peanut Butter, Renee’s salad dressing, Philadelphia Cream Cheese and KD among many others!Senior Finance Manager, FP&A at a Glance….The Senior Finance Manager, FP&A for the Canada & US Coffee Business Unit (CANAC) is responsible for the full P&L and for driving the monthly FP&A agenda for the Easy Ready Meals, Hydration & Desserts platform within the BU. The role also supports the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning cycles for their respective platform. This team member is a key link between the Marketing, Sales Planning, and Finance teams, and reports directly to CANAC’s Director of FP&A + Strategy.What’s on the menu?

• Lead FP&A for a Platform within CANAC, with oversight of all categories and responsible for understanding and influencing both revenue and cost drivers (full P&L responsibility)
• Execute the monthly actualization process including P&L variance analyses, insights, and issue resolution
• Support the Demand Review process including partnering with marketers on demand forecast inputs and validating driver assumptions
• Run the monthly forecasting process to project and explain financial performance on a rolling 18-month basis
• Support the build of the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plans
• Drive fiscal responsibility by supporting the ZBB (Zero Based Budgeting) process
• Analytical assistance on business results and achieving financial targets via data-driven insights and recommendations
• Modeling, analytics, and preparation of management summaries and presentations

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field, MBA a plus
• 6+ years’ experience, in a complex environment with escalating levels of responsibility. CPG experience is an asset
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills, understanding of financial statements and broad business acumen as well as strong Excel technical skills desired
• Prior Function, Category, Corporate FP&A and/or BU experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to work autonomously and think independently
• Ability to coach, develop and help team prioritize
