Job Description: A major construction Group with a presence across Canada is looking for a new Senior Estimator for their Formwork & Civil divisions.Senior Estimator – Formwork and Heavy CivilRole Responsibilities:

• Perform full tender process from invitation to submission
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimations
• Review scope and complete bid forms
• Conduct site visits and attend bid interviews
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers
• Prepare RFIs (Request for Information) with clients
• Maintain the tender tracker and track submissions
• Follow up with clients throughout the bidding process
• Review production with the operations team
• Mentor and train junior team members
• Present bid opportunities to management
• Seek new heavy civil and formwork opportunities
• Bring new clients and business to the company
• Proactively seek out fresh avenues for heavy civil and formwork projects, utilising industry networks, market analysis, and strategic partnerships
