Benefits: YesJob Responsibilities:-Establish Sales and revenue targets to drive growth strategy .
-Drive business development, forecast accurately and lead departmental sales efforts through the entire business cycle.
-Monitor sales process and produces sales reports vs. budget
-Work closely with other functional heads to establish successful product, pricing, channel partner and end-user plans to drive sales strategy and KPls.
-Build strategic, program based solutions to align with key objectives and margin maximization
-Research and assess market opportunities and how our services offering compare and contrast
-Continuously build programs to drive sales and growth through all relevant channels
-Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
-Participate in industry events and associations which support the Company’s business to explore new opportunities.
-Maintain current knowledge market trends, industry standards, innovations and competitive landscape
-Develop informed relationships with key contacts at both existing and prospective clients and encourage similar, level-appropriate customer relationships amongst subordinate team members
-Elevate the sales function to operate at a sophisticated level utilizing technology as well as by educating and motivating sales teams to build lasting customer relationships.
-Ability to present and negotiate through all levels of organizations including C-Suite
-Establish and implement effective performance management models aligned with growth strategy to engage team.
-Implement effective talent management practices to ensure succession and retention of sales talents.
-Develop a best-in-class team to nurture a culture of continuous learning aligned with market trends and innovative products, services and solutions.Qualifications:-University/ college degree: Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
-Proven strategic sales leader and capability-builder with at least 10 + years of hands-on experience in senior sales roles at a medium or large company.
-Has a successful track record of creating, developing and sustaining new streams of growth and revenue.SKILLS:
-Formulate, prioritize and execute to achieve desired operational results
-Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude, with strong interpersonal skills
-Displays high energy and integrity consistently-motivates others
-Excels at operating in a fast pace environment
