They are responsible for providing efficient and prompt onsite or in the field investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of moderate and complex claims.Our Field Claims Field Representatives are open-minded, understanding, and passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our clients and delivering excellent customer service.We want your talent!If you are great at:Completing inspections of personal and commercial claimsCapturing the scope of damages to settle claimsReviewing, policies and technical reportsMaking decisions on coverage, and negotiating settlements of claimsEffectively managing a busy day to day scheduleProviding a great Customer experienceAnd you have:Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or relatedWorking towards the CIP designationA minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a commercial liability insurance field claims adjusterA valid driver’s license and an excellent driving recordAbility to work after hours and weekends during the scheduled-on call rotationAvailability to travel as neededStrong technical skills with MS Office SuiteAbility to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and VendorsWe really mean it when we say we put you first.
