You’ll be instrumental in driving growth across the Midwest, managing key accounts, and establishing long-term partnerships. If you have a background in sales leadership, automation, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Requirements:Extensive experience in sales, channel and large account managementProven success in managing and growing relationships with large industrial customersTechnical knowledge of robots or automation systemsFamiliarity with the industrial and manufacturing landscape of the Midwest, including sectors like medical devices, automotive and aerospace components, electronics and electrical equipment, and pharmaceuticals and biotech researchStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsProficiency with CRM systems; being a CRM power user is essentialWhat You’ll Do:Lead business development and sales efforts in the Midwest region, focusing on large accounts and high-value partnershipsAchieve and exceed sales quotas in the assigned region (this is a commission-based position)Collaborate with end-customers for validation, testing, and prototypingEngage with OEM’s (machine builders) to integrate our technologies for scaled-up productionWork closely with partners and key decision-makersUtilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities effectivelyContribute to building a larger business presence and market share in the U.S.Why Mecademic?Join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
