Job Description: Senior Program Manager – IT Applications (Bilingual) – Full-time Permanent Hybrid in Montreal or TorontoRequirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, particularly in IT applications and systems, including ERP integration
• In-depth knowledge of IT technologies and program management methodologies
• Bilingual in English and French
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) preferred

• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish strategic objectives for IT application projects that align with organizational goals.
• Create detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Lead project teams, providing direction and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure program execution adheres to timelines and quality standards while proactively managing risks and issues.
• Promote collaboration among cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and operations personnel.
• Align project teams with other departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work with IT managers to effectively allocate resources, including internal and third-party services.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure success.
• Serve as the main contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
