We advocate for our employees to speak-up, learn, experiment, share, and be part of an where diversity is embraced.ABOUT THE TEAMThe Public Markets Integration and Servicing team is responsible for providing key operational support to the Capital Markets Alternatives investment team, which manages an internal multi-strategy fund of hedge funds and opportunistic direct/co-investments that adds significant value to PSP’s Total Fund.ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs a Senior Analyst, Public Markets Integration and Servicing, you’ll support the Capital Markets Alternatives team by:Provide and coordinate Public Markets investment support activities and various operational matters with PSP investment support teamsComplete and coordinate critical priorities as it relates to portfolio and investment transactions with a high degree of responsibility and accuracySupport new deal process, assist, communicate and coordinate new deals’ operationalizationAct as a central point of contact with regards to the Public Markets investment teams with internal business partners, including but not limited to Investment Finance, Public Markets Operations, Performance Measurement, Treasury, Trading, Risk, Data Quality Management, Legal, and Information TechnologyEnsure Public Markets investment teams’ business priorities are tracked and delivered on the right prioritiesContribute to portfolio reporting and presentations to inform key stakeholders in a fast-changing environmentVerification of completeness and accuracy of information – Identify, analyze, and respond to resolve issues and problemsWHAT YOU’LL NEEDUndergraduate University degree in finance or other relevant fieldA minimum of five (5) years of related working experience in Capital Markets or relevant field supporting Investment ManagementIn-depth knowledge of Public and Private financial transactionsExcellent ability to learn new computer systems and processesTeam player, enjoys a high-performance cultureStrong analytical skills and ability to think through multifaceted problemsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectivelyExperience in portfolio operations, database concepts and investment finance processes, an assetStrong knowledge of analytical tools and computer skills such as O365 suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI VBA, and SQLSelf-starter, innovative, thorough and organized team playerCapacity to adapt and show flexibility against fast moving and changing prioritiesProficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn) (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)We offer a tailored employee experience and competitive total rewards and benefits package* designed to attract and retain global diverse talent, reward performance, and reinforce business strategies and priorities.
