The Corporate Sustainability team is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of IGM’s Sustainability program. The team works with a wide variety of business leaders across IGM Financial to implement IGM’s sustainability strategy, manage sustainability data, transparently report on IGM’s progress and performance, and engage internal and external stakeholders on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.We are seeking a candidate with a background and passion for Sustainability/ESG, who can support reporting, data management, sustainability research, and effectively engage with colleagues, external partners, and ESG rating firms. Reporting and data management supportSupport the production of annual IGM sustainability report and disclosures (GRI and CDP), and maintenance of websites/intranetsSupport the collection, organization and maintenance of ESG-related data from various sources to be used by a variety of stakeholders across the company including for regulated reportingOversee data management tools and software to streamline data collection, analysis and reportingTrack IGM’s sustainability strategy KPIs and maintain performance dashboard2. Sustainability research supportConduct ESG research, analysis and benchmarking, and make recommendations to fill performance or transparency gaps, including evolving trends and best practicesFollow emerging standards and regulations (i.e. CSSB), and assess implications for IGMResearch ESG rating firms’ methodology and complete questionnaires to ensure appropriate assessments are competed on IGM Financial (MSCI, Sustainalytics, S&P Global CSA, Corporate Knights Global 100/Best 50, etc.)3.
