A calm, patient demeanor is of the utmost importance in taking care of my baby, especially during those unpredictable and often fussy newborn nights. Your duties will include taking care of my baby. You will need to feed them, change their diapers, and soothe them back to sleep. All essential items for the baby will be provided by me including milk/formula, bottles, diapers, and anything else that’s required will be purchased. Competent skills in bottle feeding are crucial, in addition to knowledge of newborn sleep patterns. Diapering skills and keen observance for potential issues like diaper rash are also required. Candidates should not smoke, ensuring a healthy environment for my baby. Communication skills are also important. I expect you to effectively communicate with me about anything concerning my baby overnight, and I will be nearby to assist if needed. Please note a clean background check will be mandatory for the selected candidate to guarantee safety and peace of mind. If you have specific preferences or additional requirements, feel free to bring these up during the hiring process. The position can be full-time or part-time depending on your availability, with a work schedule required for Monday through Sunday night. This role does not require a driver’s license or use of an automobile as it involves overnight home-care only. It’s a live-out position and the working hours per week will be between 30 and 40 hours.
