Job Description: Security Recovery Program ManagerResponsibilities:

• Lead as the primary security point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective incident recovery.

• Plan and prioritize recovery tasks according to business requirements and security best practices.

• Collaborate with the PMO for task coordination, status updates, and issue management.

• Promote industry best practices in incident response, cybersecurity analysis, and case management.

• Manage the security and operational stability of IT services during recovery and restoration.

Must have knowledge and experience:

• Proficiency in Dell and/or VMware products.

• Incident response experience.

• Background in security.

• Willingness to travel to client locations on short notice.
