Seasonal Associate roles are available in the following areas (needs of each location will vary):Seasonal Associate – Concierge:

• Delivers superb customer service to all Holt Renfrew clients within an environment that meets the highest standards.
• Provides a consistently excellent level of customer service to all clients by acting as their ambassador.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Passionate about the brand and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated teamwork skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings/afternoons/evenings.
