Title of the Job: SAP S/4 HANA IBP Lead

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Description: Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced IBP Lead to join their organization on a permanent full-time basis. All candidates must be able to work on-site initially for 4 days a week, however, this requirement may change as the project progresses.

  • The IBP Lead is a trusted technical expert with very strong business acumen in this domain and a keen eye to drive end-to-end/enterprise efficiencies.
  • The ideal candidate is the custodian of the robustness of technical solution(s) supporting Riverside Business Planning processes and practices to protect the business value and efficiencies these are intended to deliver.
  • Minimum of 5 years of SAP IBP / APO experience;
  • Strong background and deep business knowledge of the relevant Business Process Domain;
  • Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP IBP modules, and other SAP platforms relevant to the business domain as well as a robust understanding of overall ERP end to end processes;
  • Must have outstanding project management skills; ability to define a detailed project plan, manage resources, articulate and resolve outstanding issues, and manage project schedules;
  • Experience in developing and nurturing trustworthy relationships; demonstrated ability to align functional/domain priorities with enterprise priorities;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to effectively get ideas across and get buy in from all levels of the organization;
  • Can expertly bridge the business and technical (ERP-related) subjects within the areas of focus.

  • Partner with RBP Business owner, BPOs & Solution Owners to provide end-to-end technology solutions implementation and continuous improvement project leadership.
  • Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with key stakeholders, analyzing the information and being able to document an accurately understand the business requirements and mapping those to SAP business processes & solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to effectively get ideas across and get buy in from all levels of the organization.
  • Can expertly bridge the business and technical (ERP-related) subjects within the areas of focus.
  • 8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Continuous Improvement certification is a plus (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
  • SAP IBP certification of modules related to the domain area is a strong asset;
  • Familiar with SAP Fiori is highly preferred.
  • Familiar with SAP Analytic Cloud is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of SAP IBP / APO experience.
