SAP PMO LEAD – High Cliff Partners

Title of the Job: SAP PMO LEAD

Location: Ottawa, ON

Job Description: Our Ottawa based client is seeking an experienced SAP PMO Lead contractor to join their project immediately that will run until March 2026 with potential for extension. This will be a hybrid work setting with 1-2 on-site days required.

• The ideal candidate is someone who has experience running a PMO with a deep SAP delivery background.
• The SAP PMO Lead will help implement PMO processes, guide the customer with project advisory, track project plans, manage and develop forecasting, financials, manage narrative with customer and will have 1-2 associate project managers reporting to them.
• Must Have Certification in Activate Methodology to be considered.
• Must have proven experience delivering Agile projects.
• Establish and optimize PMO processes to ensure effective project delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance to the client regarding project execution and best practices.
• Monitor project plans, progress, and metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and manage project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Manage and articulate project narratives, updates, and insights to the client.

• Must have reliability clearance or higher.
