In this role, you’ll be the crucial link between our marketing efforts and our sales team, working with inbound and event leads to book appointments with our sales representatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will:

  • Manage and qualify leads from various marketing channels and events
  • Conduct initial assessments of potential clients’ needs and pain points
  • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and our sales representatives
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and updating our CRM system
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of our national sales effort

What you Will BringExperience:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a lead qualification or business development role
  • Experience in the tax, accounting, or financial services industry preferred
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot or Salesforce

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with potential clients
  • Basic understanding of tax and accounting principles, or a genuine interest in learning
  • Empathy and respect for small business owners and farmers
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and practices
