• Installing underground conduit, meter base, and overhead mast
• Pulling wire (power & low voltage), terminating devices, and installing lighting
• Installing electrical panels and terminating breakers
• Audio/video wiring, wire management, and terminating
• Install EMT conduit, pull wire, terminate, and distribution
• Pull armored cable, install device box, and terminate wiring

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Electrical certificate an asset
• Minimum 2nd year apprenticeship complete
• Residential experience (new construction & renovations) and proficient in a commercial environment
• Provides a superior level of customer service and is able to communicate effectively on all fronts (text, email, phone)
• Exposure or interest in low voltage wiring – A/V and smart home systems experience is an asset.
• Valid AB driver’s license & clean driving record
• A solid understanding of the electrical code and circuitry
