This includes a wide range of heating/cooling solutions such as furnace, geothermal, heat pump products and solar solutions for both new build and retrofit homes.The Inside Sales Representative will report directly to the Sales Manager to build the business across all verticals (Solar/HVAC/EV Charging/Battery Storage) by directly supporting the sales team.The Inside Sales Representative will facilitate the sale of products and services for prospective and established customers. Whether on the phone, via text message, or through email, the Inside Sales Rep will handle customers’ requests by finding out what they need, answering questions, creating solutions, and enabling a smooth and quick sales process with a focus on best-in-class customer experience.What You’ll Do Here:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone calls, text messages, and e-mails, including product/order information, sales enablement, warranties, shipping and returns, and educating customers about available services, supplies, and new products.
  • Troubleshoot and manage customer escalations
  • Execute all aspects of the sales support function including order processing, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes and delivery dates
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to consistently improve best practices for customer resolutions and adherence to the organization’s customer experience policies, and coordinate resolutions with appropriate departments.
  • Outreach to customers to determine satisfaction with the organization, products and services.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports on sales activities.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Effective and high-quality Customer Service/Relationship management skills; ability to develop rapport and establish positive engagement
  • General Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) as well as working knowledge of data base applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and listening skills – must be able to explain technical and account information clearly and effectively and effectively communicate with customers accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Effective organizational skills and time management skills including ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Knowledge of technical equipment/products is preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
  • Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision or with others as a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
