- Coordinate and lead ART events, such as Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demo, and Inspect and Adapt.
- Ensure the ART is aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives.
- Supervise and handle the progress of ARTs, identifying and addressing risks and impediments.
- Coordinate and manage the release process for multiple Agile teams.
- Ensure that releases meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage dependencies and dependencies between ARTs and other parts of the organization.
- Identify and implement improvements to the ART’s processes and practices.
- Facilitate retrospectives and lessons learned sessions.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and operations.
- Communicate the ART’s progress and status to stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise between ARTs and other teams.
What you bring to the role
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly SAFe.
- Understanding of P&C Insurance.
- Experience leading and coordinating various Agile teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of release management processes and tools.
- Experience with Lean Startup methodologies.
- Certification in SAFe or other Agile frameworks.
