• Coordinate and lead ART events, such as Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demo, and Inspect and Adapt.
• Ensure the ART is aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives.
• Supervise and handle the progress of ARTs, identifying and addressing risks and impediments.
• Coordinate and manage the release process for multiple Agile teams.
• Ensure that releases meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage dependencies and dependencies between ARTs and other parts of the organization.
• Identify and implement improvements to the ART’s processes and practices.
• Facilitate retrospectives and lessons learned sessions.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and operations.
• Communicate the ART’s progress and status to stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise between ARTs and other teams.

What you bring to the role

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly SAFe.
• Understanding of P&C Insurance.
• Experience leading and coordinating various Agile teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with project management tools and techniques.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of release management processes and tools.
• Experience with Lean Startup methodologies.
• Certification in SAFe or other Agile frameworks.
