Here’s what we offer for the receptionist position in Pointe-aux-Trembles:– Temporary position with a fixed term.
– Flexible schedule of 3 days per week, office open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
– Salary between $20-$22 per hour.
– On-site parking.Responsibilities
– Communicate information via email or phone to the relevant individuals.
– Register candidates and prepare educational service contracts.
– Collect tuition payments from candidates (if applicable).
– Schedule training sessions (theory, workshop, and practical).
– Book appointments for exams with the SAAQ.Qualifications
– Bilingual, both spoken and written.
– Excellent organizational skills.
– 2 years of relevant experience.
– Proficient in computer tools.
– Strong writing and communication skills in both French and English.
– Autonomous and proactive.Summary
