The main responsibilities of the Financial Controller – Real Estate Development role are as follows
– Prepare Group financial statements and present monthly analyses to management.
– Set up reporting and performance analysis by investment.
– Prepare and monitor budgets in collaboration with the operational team.
– Produce financial analyses according to ratios and budgets.
– Produce all investment documents for real estate development projects (acquisition and financing).
– Cash management and working capital monitoring for each entity
– Implement and ensure compliance of operating companies’ internal controls and optimize the new IT tool
– Support and continue to train the teamQualifications
The qualifications required for this role of Financial Controller – Real Estate Development are :
– CPA or equivalent
– Min 7 years exp, ideally with real estate experience
– Fluent french, functional English
– Strong with technological tools
– Excellent communication skills, easy-going and team-playerSummary
